社区堆肥在有机固体废弃物资源化中的应用综述

社区内产生的厨余垃圾和绿化垃圾是城市有机固体废弃物的主体,社区堆肥作为有机固体废弃物资源化利用的有效途径,为城市有机固体废弃物管理提供了社区尺度的解决方案,但目前仍存在认识不足和技术限制等问题.通过对社区堆肥的原料来源与组成、设施、影响因素和腐熟度评价等方面的综述,促进人们对社区堆肥的认识.社区堆肥的原料以厨余垃圾和绿化垃圾为主,处理规模介于集中式堆肥和小型家庭堆肥之间,社区堆肥设施的容量一般为0.65~3.00 m3.影响社区堆肥的主要因素有温度、碳氮比、电导率、pH、翻堆操作等.社区堆肥过程使有机质中的碳处于循环使用状态,而且收集和运输成本降低,大大减少了碳排放.堆肥过程中污染气体的排放特别是气味问题是阻碍社区堆肥推广的瓶颈,需要政府和社区携手解决.
Application review on community composting in organic solid waste recycling
Kitchen waste and garden waste generated in the community are the main body of urban organic solid waste.Community composting,as an effective way to reutilize organic solid waste,provides a community-scale solution for urban organic solid waste management.However,there are still some problems in community composting,such as insufficient understanding and technical limitation.This paper aimed to promote people's understanding by summarizing the material sources and components,facilities,impact factors and maturity assessment.The raw materials of community composting were mainly kitchen waste and garden waste.The treatment scale was between centralized composting and small family composting.The volume of community composting facility was generally 0.65-3.00 m3.The main factors affecting community composting included temperature,carbon to nitrogen ratio,conductivity,pH and turnover operation etc.The carbon in organic matter of community composting was in a state of recycling.In addition,community composting reduced the collection and transportation costs,thus reducing large quantity of carbon.The emission of polluted gases especially odors during community composting were still the bottlenecks that hindered the spread of community composting.It needed the government and community to solve the problem together.
