贵州省水资源生态足迹时空演变与可持续利用研究

基于水资源生态足迹和生态承载力的理论模型,对贵州省2010-2021年水资源生态足迹、生态承载力和生态盈余的时空变化进行测度,并运用泰尔指数对水资源生态足迹的空间差异进行分析,最后基于压力—状态—响应(PSR)模型构建水资源可持续利用综合评价指标体系。结果表明:1)贵州省人均水资源生态足迹、生态承载力均呈波动上升趋势;水资源生态承载力大于生态足迹,使贵州省水资源始终保持生态盈余,且总体呈上升趋势;水资源生态足迹耗水主要来源于生产和生活用水,特别是生产用水。2)贵州省水资源生态足迹泰尔指数在上升,人均生态足迹泰尔指数在下降,水资源生态承载力泰尔指数、人均生态承载力泰尔指数、水资源生态盈余泰尔指数和人均生态盈余泰尔指数都处于振荡上升趋势。贵州省水资源生态足迹地区差异明显,黔中地区差异最大,黔西地区次之,黔东地区差异较小,需要特别关注黔中和黔西地区的水资源使用。3)水资源可持续利用综合评价指标体系中压力指数、状态指数、响应指数分别呈下降、上升和上升趋势,说明水资源状态不断改善,措施应对得力,压力不断减轻,因此水资源可持续利用综合评价指数不断提高。研究结果表明:贵州省水资源可持续利用状况近年来有所改善,但是时空差异明显,地区分布不均,仍需重点提高生产和生活用水账户的用水效率,不断优化产业结构,提高水资源可持续利用水平。
Research on the spatio-temporal evolution of water resources ecological footprint and sustainable utilization in Guizhou Province
Based on the theoretical model of water resources ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity,this paper measured the spatial-temporal changes of water resources ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity and ecological surplus in Guizhou Province from 2010 to 2021,and analyzed the spatial differences of water resources ecological footprint by using Theil index.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation index system of sustainable water resources utilization was constructed based on the pressure-state-response(PSR)model.The results showed that:1)Both the ecological footprint and the ecological carrying capacity of water resources per capita in Guizhou Province showed a fluctuation upward trend;the ecological carrying capacity of water resources was greater than the ecological footprint,which made the water resources of Guizhou Province always maintain ecological surplus,and the overall trend rising;ecological footprint water consumption mainly came from production and domestic water,especially production water.2)The Theil index of water resources ecological footprint in Guizhou Province was increasing,while the per capita ecological footprint Theil index was decreasing.The Theil indices of water resources ecological carrying capacity,per capita ecological carrying capacity,water resources ecological surplus,and per capita ecological surplus were all experiencing oscillating increases.Regional differences in water resources ecological footprint were obvious,with the largest differences observed in the central region,followed by the western region,and the smallest in the eastern region.Special attention should be paid to water resources use in central Guizhou and western Guizhou.3)The pressure index,state index and response index of the comprehensive evaluation index system of sustainable water resources utilization showed a downward,upward and upward trend respectively,indicating that the state was continuously improved,the measures were effective and the pressure was continuously alleviated.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation index of sustainable water resources utilization had been continuously improved.The above research showed that the sustainable utilization of water resources in Guizhou Province had been improved in recent years,but the spatial-temporal differences were obvious and the regional distribution was uneven.It was still necessary to focus on improving water efficiency of production and domestic water accounts,continuously optimizing the industrial structure,and improving the sustainable utilization level of water resources.
