漆酶作为一种绿色、可再生和理想的能源资源,在生物燃料电池中具有广阔的应用前景和较大的商业价值。与传统的石化燃料电池相比,生物燃料电池是一类绿色环保电池。生物燃料电池包括微生物燃料电池(MFC)、酶生物燃料电池(EBFC)和混合生物燃料电池(HFC),其中EBFC备受研究者关注。鉴于漆酶具有高氧化还原电位及环境友好性,它已成为EBFC的首选阴极生物催化剂。简要综述了 MFC、EBFC和HFC的基本特性,全面总结了漆酶生物燃料电池(LFC)在电化学领域的研究进展及应用价值,旨在为开发稳定、高性能的新型LFC奠定理论基础。
Potential applications of laccase in enzyme biofuel cell
As a kind of green,renewable,and ideal energy resource,laccase is viewed as having a broad application prospect and value in biofuel cell.Compared to the traditional fossil fuel cell,the biofuel cell is a kind of green battery.Biofuel cell includes microbial fuel cell(MFC),enzyme biofuel cell(EBFC),and hybrid biofuel cell(HFC),in which EBFC has attracted much attention from researchers.Due to its high redox potential and environmental friendliness,laccase has been becoming the preferred cathode biocatalyst for EBFC.The basic characteristics of MFC,EBFC,and HFC were briefly reviewed,and the research progress and application value of laccase biofuel cells(LFC)in the field of electrochemistry were comprehensively summarized,aiming to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of stable and high-performance new LFC.
