中国地下水污染防治技术研究进展与展望

地下水污染防治对淡水资源保护与水体污染缓解具有重要意义。在对比近年来中国地下水与地表水水质变化趋势的基础上,系统分析了地下水污染加剧的成因。总结了常用的地下水污染监测识别与治理修复全过程的方法和技术,包括监测井、环境地球物理方法、示踪剂方法、异位修复技术、原位修复技术和监测自然衰减技术,分析了各技术的特点及相关行动案例。提出要综合运用卫星遥感技术与人工智能技术精确刻画污染场地水文地质特征,利用污染场地大数据与数值模拟模型明确地下水污染物时空演变规律,推进绿色可持续修复技术的研发与示范应用,为地下水污染防治的全过程闭环管理提供科学依据。
Research progress and prospect of groundwater pollution prevention and control technology in China
The prevention and control of groundwater pollution is of great significance to the protection of freshwater resources and the mitigation of water pollution.Based on the comparison of the trend of changes in groundwater and surface water quality in China in recent years,the causes of intensified groundwater pollution were analyzed systematically.The methods and technologies used in the whole process of groundwater pollution monitoring and identification,control and remediation were summarized,including monitoring wells,environmental geophysical techniques,tracer methods,ex-situ remediation technologies,in-situ remediation technologies,and monitored natural attenuation techniques,and the characteristics of each technology and relevant action cases were analyzed.It was proposed to make comprehensive use of satellite remote sensing technology and artificial intelligence technology to accurately portray the hydrogeological characteristics of polluted sites,strengthen the use of big data and numerical simulation models of polluted sites to clarify the spatial and temporal evolution patterns of groundwater pollutants,and push forward the research and demonstration of green sustainable remediation technologies,so as to provide scientific basis for the closed-loop management of the entire process of groundwater pollution prevention and control.
