国家自然科学基金委环境工程学科基础研究人才发展

基础研究人才培养是科学基金的重要使命.近年来,国家自然科学基金委员发挥优势,深入实施人才强国战略,完善基础研究人才战略布局,打造体系化、高层次基础研究人才培养平台,强化科学基金的创新人才培育功能.环境工程学科始终把基础研究人才培养摆在突出位置上,形成了"发现、培养、激励"的人才培养机制,取得了显著的成效.本文系统总结了环境工程基础研究人才发展现状、培养举措与成效,梳理了环境工程基础研究人才的成长规律,并分析了存在的问题和面临的挑战.未来,将加强对环境工程基础研究人才的选拔和培养,突出科学价值导向,为生态文明和美丽中国建设提供基础研究支撑和人才保障.
Development of basic research talent in environmental engineering supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China
Cultivating talents in basic research is a vital mission of the science foundation.In recent years,the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)has fully utilized its strengths to implement the talent-strengthening strategy,enhance the strategic deployment of basic research talents,establish a high-level platform for systematic basic research talent training,and reinforce the science foundation's function in innovative talent raining.The environmental engineering discipline always places strong emphasis on cultivating talent in basic research.It has established a talent cultivation mechanism based on"discovery,training and incentive"and has yielded remarkable results.This paper provides an overview of the development status,training measures and effects of the basic research talent in environmental engineering discipline,outlines their growth patterns and analyzes the existing issues and challenges.The discipline will strengthen the selection and cultivation of basic research talent in environmental engineering.While emphasizing the lead of scientific value,the discipline aims to support"ecological civilization construction"and"building a Beautiful China"through efforts on basic research and talent development.
