摘要
卫生填埋是我国生活垃圾无害化管理的重要方式,为我国城市环境卫生改善、环境质量提升和环境安全保障做出了巨大贡献.简要回顾了我国生活垃圾卫生填埋的发展历程,分析了我国生活垃圾卫生填埋发展起步探索、发展成熟与功能转型各阶段取得的突出成就,同时也指出了各阶段在实践中和认识上存在的主要问题,进而结合生活垃圾管理政策导向和市场需求,对新形势下我国生活垃圾卫生填埋产业发展及科技创新前景进行了展望.
Abstract
Sanitary landfill is an important way for the environmentally-sound management of municipal solid waste(MSW)in China,and has made great contributions to the improvement of urban environment sanitation,the enhancement of environmental quality,and the safeguarding of environmental security in China.This study provided a brief review of the development of MSW sanitary landfill in China,analyzed the outstanding achievements in each stage of the exploration and maturity of the development of sanitary landfill and the transformation of functions,and also pointed out the main problems existing in practice and in understanding in each stage.Furthermore,it looks forward to the development and scientific and technological innovation prospects of MSW sanitary landfill in China under the policy orientation of MSW management and the market demand.
