摘要
我国生活垃圾卫生填埋现行系列标准规范并指导着我国生活垃圾卫生填埋场的选址、设计、建设、运行、评价、监管等活动的技术行为和管理行为.对我国市容环境卫生技术工程建设标准分体系进行梳理;同时,重点介绍了我国生活垃圾卫生填埋系列工程建设标准,并从选址的卫生防护距离要求、填埋物入场要求、防渗系统要求、封场要求、渗滤液排放标准及产生量计算方法、填埋气体收集利用及产气量的计算方法等方面与国外相关标准进行了比较分析.
Abstract
The current series standards of domestic waste sanitary landfill in China regulate and guide the technical and managerial behaviors,including site selection,design,construction,operation,evaluation,and supervision.The sub-system of the construction standard of city appearance and environmental sanitation technology engineering in China were sorted out.At the same time,the series engineering construction standards of domestic waste sanitary landfill in China were emphatically introduced.And the requirements of sanitary protection distance of site selection,admission requirements of landfill,anti-seepage system requirements,sealing requirements,leachate discharge standards and calculation methods of production,landfill gas collection and utilization as well as calculation methods of gas production with relevant international standards were compared and analyzed.
