矿坑型飞灰填埋场精细运营优化设计

矿坑型飞灰填埋场充分利用了废弃矿坑,节约了土地资源,但由于矿坑一般深度较大,且飞灰填埋场运营时间较长,因此需要结合运营需求进行细化设计。通过对飞灰填埋场进行垂直分区,在统筹考虑建设和运营需求的情况下,节约了前期建设投资,为后期优化设计提供了空间;在防渗系统中加入在线监测系统,便于运营期间实时监控防渗系统的完整性;在矿坑深度达 30~40 m 的情况下,提出稳定可靠的渗滤液和填埋气收集提升井设计;在用地紧张、需要锚固沟和截洪沟合建的情况下,设计了一种便于施工、运营和封场的装配式锚固沟。综上,从多个方面为便于飞灰填埋场运营提出了细化设计,为类似项目提供了可参考的设计经验。
Fine Operation Optimization Design of Mine Type Fly Ash Landfill Site
Mine-type fly ash landfills can not only make full use of abandoned mines,but also save land resources.However,since the mines are generally deep and the fly ash landfills have been operated for a long time,detailed designs need to be carried out based on operational needs.Through vertical partitioning for the fly ash landfill,the construction investment in the early stage had been saved and the space for the later optimization design could be provided under the condition of overall considering the construction and operation needs.Meanwhile,an online monitoring system was added to the anti-seepage system,thus facilitated real-time monitoring of the integrity of the anti-seepage system during operation.When the mine depth reached 30-40 m,a stable and reliable design of hoisting container for collecting leachate and landfill gas was proposed.Under the condition of land shortage and the need for the joint construction of anchoring ditches and flood interception ditches,a prefabricated anchoring ditch was designed to facilitate construction,operation and closure.In conclusion,detailed designs from multiple aspects to facilitate the operation of fly ash landfills were proposed,which could provide reference design experience for similar projects.
