某大型简易填埋场堆体调查与全量开挖环境修复工程设计

我国南方某市早期建成的一座大型简易填埋场占用了大量城市土地资源,并对周边环境造成了影响。2022 年该填埋场所在土地被纳入产业用地规划,决定开展全量开挖环境修复治理。根据治理需求先后进行了填埋堆体调查与开挖筛分工程设计等工作。在填埋堆体调查中,采用传统小钻孔调查填埋物分布、大直径旋挖钻取样测试的勘察方法,查明了各类填埋物存量,以及生活垃圾各类筛分产物质量占比和特性。在开挖筛分工程设计中根据各类筛分产物污染特性测试结果采用了包含三级滚筒筛的精细化筛分工艺,实现了腐殖土减量化,提升了其资源性;搭建了基于图像识别与贯入式TDR探头的腐殖土快速检测质量评估系统,对筛分生产线运行效果进行实时管控。通过全量开挖环境修复治理,将盘活填埋场及周边近 500 亩土地,推动全国首个中心城区"环境治理-开发建设-产城融合-创新引领"的发展样本建设。
Waste Body Investigation and Design of Mining and Environmental Remediation Engineering for a Large-scale Simple Landfill
A large-scale simple landfill built in the early days in south of China occupied a large amount of urban land and caused environmental effect to the surrounding areas.In 2022,the land occupied by the landfill was incorporated into the planning of the industrial land planning.So it was decided to carry out mining and environmental remediation.According to the governance objective,waste body investigation and design of mining and screening engineering were conducted.During the waste body investigation,traditional small-bore drilling for surveying the waste distribution and large-diameter rotary drilling for sampling and testing was used to determine the stock of various types of waste,the quality proportion and characteristics of various screened products from municipal solid waste.In the design of mining and screening engineering,a refined screening process that including three-stage trommel was adopted based on the pollution characteristics of various screened products,achieving the reduction of humus and enhancing its resource utilization.Meanwhile,a rapid detection and quality assessment system for humus based on image recognition and impeller TDR probes was set up for real-time monitoring of the screening performance.Through landfill mining and environmental remediation,about 500 acres of land will be revitalized,promoting the construction of the first urban center development model in China that integrating"environmental remediation-development and construction-industry and city integration-innovation-driven".
