Progress of chromatographic methods for determination of three kinds of commonly used chemical pesticides in China
Chromatographic detection methods are currently important methods for the detection of pesticide residues.This article introduced the current usage situation of the commonly used chemical pesticides in agricultural production in China,and reviewed the research progress in using chromatography methods (gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry) to detect the residues of neonicotinoid insecticides,triazole fungicide and sulfonylurea herbicide.Chromatography-mass spectrometry technology is the first choice for the simultaneous detection of pesticide multiresidues.New pretreatment method in combination with chromatography-mass spectrometry and high degree of automation of online real-time detection has become the development trend of modern pesticide multiresidues analysis.
