Adaptability of high temperature heat wave disaster based on vulnerability: a review of recent studies
According to the Fifth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC),due to global warming,an increasing number of extreme heat events or heat waves will occur in many areas of the world,which will bring a series of health problems to the population.In this paper,based on domestic and international vulnerability research,the index of adaptability to climate change vulnerability and the experience and measures of coping with high temperature heat wave weather are summarized.According to the different vulnerability characteristics of each city,the adaptive ability strategy for different emphasis should be studied to enhance the adaptability of heat wave weather.
