丙烯酰胺神经毒性机制研究进展

丙烯酰胺(acrylamide,ACR)广泛应用于生产生活中,研究表明ACR暴露可引起人或动物的神经系统损伤,主要表现为四肢麻木、共济失调、跟腱反射减弱或消失等.近年来,大量研究致力于探讨ACR的神经毒性机制,如细胞骨架蛋白异常改变、氧化应激、能量代谢异常、神经末梢轴突病变等,但其具体机制尚未阐明.该文对ACR的理化性质、体内代谢、中毒后的主要症状与病理特征及ACR的神经毒性主要机制进行综述.
Mechanism of acrylamide-induced neurotoxicity: a review of recent studies
Acrylamide (ACR) is widely used in working and living environments.The related studies have confirmed the neurotoxicity induced by acrylamide in human being and animals.The typical manifestations are acragnosis,ataxia and weakens or disappears of achilles tendon reflex.In recent years,the mechanisms of neurotoxicity induced by acrylamide,such as abnormal changes of cytoskeletal proteins,oxidative stress,abnormality of the energy metabolism and axonopathy of nerveterminal,but the specific mechanism is still unknown.In this paper,the physico-chemical properties,metabolism,typical manifestations,pathological features and mechanisms were reviewed.
