摘要

目的 通过对聚六亚甲基胍消毒剂中和剂的选择鉴定,为进一步研究其杀菌效果提供依据.方法 采用中和剂悬液定量鉴定试验方法.结果 以大肠杆菌8099和白色念珠菌ATCC10231为试验菌,用5 g/L十二烷基硫酸钠、20g/L卵磷脂、20 g/L吐温80的PBS作中和剂,可有效中和4种聚六亚甲基胍消毒剂的残留作用.结论 5 g/L十二烷基硫酸钠、20 g/L卵磷脂、20 g/L吐温80的PBS是去除残留聚六亚甲基胍消毒液的理想中和剂.

Abstract

Objective To provide a basis for further research on the bactericidal effect of polyhexamethylene guanidine disinfectants by selecting and identifying neutralizing agents.Methods Adopts the quantitative identification test method of neutralizing agent suspension.Results This study showed that using Escherichia coli 8099 and Candida albicans ATCC10231 as indicator bacteria,PBS with 5 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate,20 g/L lecithin,and 20 g/L Tween 80,the residual effects of four polyhexamethylene guanidine disinfectants could be effectively neutralized.Conclusion PBS with 5 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate,20 g/L lecithin and 20 g/L Tween 80 is an ideal neutralizing agent for removing residual polyhexamethylene guanidine disinfectant.
