Distribution of pollutants in different functional areas of a comprehensive mall under differentiated air supply conditions
Objective To understand the current distribution of pollutants in various functional areas under central air conditioning supply conditions, and to provide the reference for differentiated air supply in buildings. Methods A comprehensive shopping mall was chosen as the study building, and to test and analyze the distribution of pollutants in different functional areas under differentiated air supply conditions. Results The results showed that the indoor pollutant concentrations were lower under the condition of only air supply, however, both the air supply and return were turned on,the indoor pollutant concentrations were relatively high. The differences in HCHO,PM10,PM2.5,CO2,TVOC,and CO concentrations were 0.028 mg/m3,0.018 mg/m3,0.036 mg/m3,0.017%,0.208 mg/m3,and 1.279 mg/m3 at that time, respectively.Except for CO concentration, the concentrations of HCHO,PM10,PM2.5,CO2,and TVOC in the three functional areas exceeded the standard. The clothing area was most heavily polluted in the mode of air supply, air supply and return, with air quality indices of 2.72 and 3.28.The catering area was the second, with 2.28 and 2.98.The electronic and jewelry areas had the least pollution, with 1.82 and 2.52.Conclusion The clothing area has the most severe pollution, followed by the catering area, and the electronics and jewelry area has the least pollution. It is recommended to control pollutants from the perspective of pollutant sources and air supply strategies.
