食品环境与肥胖之间联系的研究热点和趋势可视化分析

摘要
目的 通过文献计量学和可视化分析探讨食品环境与肥胖发展演变与研究现状,为后续治疗肥胖症提供新的视角和思路.方法 利用计算机检索2006年至2022年期间发表在Web of Science有关食品环境与肥胖的论文和综述,通过人工剔除与研究无关文献,并采用VOSviewer、Bibliometrix等软件对纳入文献的关键词等信息进行可视化分析.结果 最终纳入281篇文献,分析得到食品环境与肥胖的出版物数量呈稳定增长趋势(R2=0.899 4);近年突出关键词有"致肥环境"、"饮食质量"和"地理信息系统"等.结论 饮食环境是诱发肥胖的重要因素之一.本研究为肥胖研究和前景提供了新的技术手段和指导建议.
Abstract
Objective To conduct bibliometric and visual analysis to explore the development and research status of the food environment and its relationship with obesity,in order to offer new perspectives and ideas for addressing obesity.Methods The computer search was conducted for the papers and reviews on food environment and obesity published on the Web of Science from 2006 to 2022.Irrelevant literature was manually eliminated,and keywords in the included literature were visually analyzed using VOSviewer,Bibliometrix,and other software.Results A total of 281 pieces of literature were included,showing a steadily increasing trend in publications on food environment and obesity(R2=0.899 4).Prominent keywords in recent years include"obesogenic environment","diet quality",and"geographic information system".Conclusion The diet environment is recognized as one of the important factors contributing to obesity.This study provides new technical methods and guidance suggestions for further research on obesity.
