基于GIS技术的陕西省农村饮用水中六价铬污染状况及其健康风险评价

目的 了解陕西省农村饮用水中六价铬分布特征及其人体健康风险.方法 于2019年4-5月在陕西省关中地区、陕南地区和陕北地区采用分层随机抽样方法抽取250处农村供水工程,采集并检测农村饮用水中六价铬的浓度.利用GIS技术分析六价铬分布特征,通过健康风险评价模型对居民致癌性健康风险进行评价.结果 共采集250份水样,六价铬浓度范围为未检出~0.138,中位数为0.007 mg/L,合格率为91.2%.关中地区、陕南地区和陕北地区农村饮用水中六价铬的浓度范围分别为未检出~0.138、未检出~0.035和未检出~0.120mg/L.陕北地区农村饮用水中六价铬浓度(中位数为0.018 mg/L)最高>关中地区(中位数为0.007 mg/L)>陕南地区(中位数为0.002 mg/L),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).陕南地区农村饮用水样品合格率(100.0%)>关中地区(93.3%)>陕北地区(80.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).陕北地区农村饮用水中六价铬的致癌风险>关中地区>陕南地区,且陕南地区农村饮用水中六价铬的致癌风险在EPA推荐的可接受范围内;另外,成人经饮水途径所引起六价铬的致癌风险小于儿童.空间插值分析发现饮用水中六价铬引起的致癌性健康风险在陕北地区和关中地区的部分地区较高,在陕西省呈现西北高、东南低分布.结论 陕西省农村饮用水六价铬分布特征呈明显的地域性特征,健康风险评价模型提示部分地区居民有潜在健康风险.
Exposure level and health risk of hexavalent chromium in rural drinking water in Shaanxi province based on GIS technology
Objective To understand the exposure level and health risk of hexavalent chromium in rural drinking water in Shaanxi Province.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to collect 250 rural water supply projects in Shaanxi province from April to May 2019,and to detect the concentration of hexavalent chromium in rural drinking water.The distribution characteristics of hexavalent chromium were analyzed based on GIS technology,and the carcinogenic health risk of residents was evaluated with a health risk assessment model.Results The concentration range of hexavalent chromium in 250 rural drinking water samples was undetected to 0.138,with a median of 0.007 mg/L and a qualification rate of 91.2%.The concentrations range in the Guanzhong region,southern Shaanxi,and northern Shaanxi were from undetected to 0.138,undetected to 0.035,and undetected to 0.120 mg/L,respectively.The concentration of hexavalent chromium in rural drinking water in northern Shaanxi(median 0.018 mg/L)was the highest,followed by Guanzhong(median 0.007 mg/L),and southern Shaanxi(median 0.002 mg/L)was the lowest,with significant differences(P<0.05).The qualified rate of rural drinking water samples in southern Shaanxi(100.0%)>central Shaanxi(93.3%)>northern Shaanxi(80%),with significant differences(P<0.05).The carcinogenic risk of hexavalent chromium in rural drinking water in northern Shaanxi>guanzhong region>southern Shaanxi,and the carcinogenic risk of hexavalent chromium in rural drinking water in southern Shaanxi is within the acceptable range of EPA;In addition,the carcinogenic risk of hexavalent chromium caused by drinking water in adults was lower than that in children.Spatial interpolation analysis showed that the carcinogenic health risk caused by hexavalent chromium in drinking water was higher in some areas of northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong regions,with the distribution characteristics in Shaanxi province were high in the northwest and low in the southeast.Conclusion The contamination status of hexavalent chromium in Shaanxi province present obvious regional characteristics,and exist potential health risks in some areas.
