目的 分析沈阳市农村生活饮用水卫生状况和健康风险因素,为相关部门决策提供科学依据和技术支持.方法 2016-2022年对沈阳市9个涉农区县1 910个监测点开展现场调查工作,采集枯水期和丰水期农村生活饮用水水样.按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750-2006)进行水质检测.按照《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)对检测结果进行卫生安全性评价.结果 共采集水样3 820份,水样总体合格率为85.73%(3 275/3 820).2016-2022年水样合格率从67.46%提升至93.98%.不同年度、不同水期、不同水样类型、不同消毒方式水样合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).主要未达标指标为浑浊度(4.06%)、锰(3.82%)、总大肠菌群(2.88%)、肉眼可见物(1.44%)、硝酸盐(1.41%)、菌落总数(1.31%)、铁(1.15%)和色度(1.10%).结论 沈阳市农村饮用水水质达标率逐年增高,需重点关注硝酸盐、氟化物、铁、锰、氨氮、浑浊度、肉眼可见物等不合格指标,对其潜在的健康风险引起重视,以保障农村饮水卫生安全.
Water quality monitoring results analysis of rural drinking water safety projects in Shenyang,China,2016-2022
Objective To understand the sanitary condition and health risk factors of rural drinking water in Shenyang,China from 2016 to 2022,and to provide a scientific basis and technical support for the decision-making by relevant departments.Methods From 2016 to 2022,field surveys were conducted at 1910 monitoring sites in 9 townships in Shenyang,and rural drinking water samples were collected in dry and wet seasons.The water quality was tested in accordance with the Standard Examination Method for Drinking Water(GB/T 5750-2006)and the sanitation and safety were evaluated according to the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2006).The chi-square test was used to compare the qualification rates among different groups.Results from 2016 to 2022,a total of 3 820 water samples were collected and tested,with an overall qualified rate of 85.73%(3 275/3 820).The qualified rate of water samples significantly increased from 67.46%in 2016 to 93.98%in 2022.Statistical differences were observed in the qualified rates among different years,hydrological periods(dry season and wet season),types of water samples and disinfection methods.The main unqualified indicators from 2016 to 2022 included turbidity(4.06%),manganese(3.82%),total coliforms(2.88%),visible foreign substances(1.44%),nitrates(1.41%),total bacterial counts(1.31%),iron(1.15%),and color(1.10%).Conclusion The quality of drinking water in rural areas of Shenyang has been improved gradually from 2016 to 2022.It is necessary to pay special attention to the indicators failing to reach the standards,such as nitrate nitrogen,fluoride,iron,ammonia nitrogen,manganese,turbidity,visible matter,and attach importance to the potential health risks,thus ensuring the sanitation and safety of drinking water in the rural areas.
