药用胶囊中微量铬的全自动石墨消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度快速测定法

目的 建立药用明胶空心胶囊中铬的全自动石墨消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度快速测定方法.方法 用高纯氮气吹除空心胶囊试样中的残留内容物,准确称取0.500 g置于50 ml消解罐中,加入8.00 ml硝酸,全自动石墨消解仪消解约3 h,取上清液应用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铬含量(测定波长为357.9 nm,灯电流为25 mA,狭缝宽度为0.7 nm,进样体积为20 μ1).结果 铬元素在1.00~30.0 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,r>0.998.方法的检出限为0.10mg/kg,平均回收率在99.3%~102.2%之间,RSD为2.7%~4.8%.结论 该方法操作简便、准确、快速,适用于药用空心胶囊中铬元素的大批量测定.
Rapid determination of chromium in vacant gelatin capsules by AAS with automatic graphite digestion
Objective To developed a method for the determination of chromium in vacant gelatin capsules by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with automated graphite digestion.Methods Put 0.500 g sample which had been blowned by high purity nitroge into a 50 ml digestion tank,added 8.00 ml nitric acid,dissolved in automatic graphite digester for 3 h.Under the operating conditions of AAS instrument,with measurement wavelength of 357.9 nm,lamp current of 25 mA,slit width of 0.7 nm and injection volume of 20 μl,chromium in samples were determined by graphite furnace AAS method.Results The regression equations showed a good linearity for chromium in the range of 1.00-30.0 μg/L,and the correlation coefficients was not less than 0.998.The limits of detection was 0.10 mg/kg.The recovery rates were 99.3%-102.2%and the relative standard deviations were 2.7%-4.8%.Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate,rapid and is applicable to the determination of chromium in vacant gelatin capsules.
