果蔬中6种生长调节剂的高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定法

目的 建立同时测定常见水果蔬菜中多效唑、赤霉素、2,4二氯苯氧乙酸、噻苯隆、氯吡脲、4-氯苯氧乙酸等6种植物生长调节剂残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)方法.方法 样品采用乙腈联合QuEChERS提取包振荡提取,用C18粉末净化、多反应监测(MRM)、基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量.结果 在0.1~100 ng/ml线性范围内,所得6种植物生长调节剂的回归方程均呈良好的线性关系,r>0.994,表明标准曲线在所选的浓度范围内的线性关系良好.该方法的检出限为0.01~0.05 μg/kg,定量下限为0.05~0.25 μg/kg;平均回收率为70.4%~110.8%,RSD为2.28%~8.53%.结论 该方法分析速度快,灵敏度高,回收率、重现性好,可有效用于水果和蔬菜中6种植物生长调节剂残留的快速检测.
Determination of six kinds of plant growth regulators in fruits and vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography/electrospray tandem mass spectrometry
Objective To develop a test method for simultaneous determination of six plant growth regulators in fruits and vegetables by HPLC-MS/MS,including paclobutrazol,gibberellic acid,2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid,thidizauron,forchlorfenuron and 4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid.Methods The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and combined with QuEChERS extraction kit,purified by C18 powder.Quantification of 6 plant growth regulators was achieved by HPLC-MS/MS with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)using external standard method.Results Within the linear range of 0.1 to 100 ng/ml,the regression for the six target compounds exhibited good linearity with an r value greater than 0.994,indicating a good linear relationship within the selected concentration range.The limits of detection ranged from 0.01 to 0.05 μg/kg,and the quantification limits ranged from 0.05 to 0.25 μg/kg,respectively.The recoveries ranged from 70.4%to 110.8%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 2.28%-8.53%.Conclusion This method is reliable,showing high sensitivity,good recovery and repeatability,and is applicable to rapid detection of six plant growth regulators in fruits and vegetables.
