目的 确定净化以及空白基质定量对降低芹菜中基质效应的影响.方法 本研究用QuEChERS法对芹菜基质做净化和不净化两种处理,以对比净化对降低农药基质效应的影响.并且分别用溶剂标准溶液和空白基质标准溶液对42种农药进行0.02、0.05、0.10 mg/kg 3个水平的加标回收实验,以对比研究空白基质溶液定量对降低基质效应的影响.结果 对于基质效应较强的甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、久效磷、丙溴磷、杀扑磷和倍硫磷砜,净化后基质效应降低90.0%~220%,对于其他农药净化后基质效应改善不明显,但是基质标准溶液对42种农药3水平加标回收率范围在60.3%~108.7%,而溶剂标准溶液校正范围在55.0%~609.6%,说明基质校正数据更接近真实值,可有效降低芹菜基质效应.结论 由于基质效应的普遍存在,在实际检测工作中,应该对样品进行净化,并且用适合的基质标准溶液对样品进行定量,以保证数据的准确性.
Effects of QuEChERS cleanup and blank matrix quantification on reducing matrix effects of various pesticides in celery
Objective To determine the effect of purification and blank matrix quantification on reducing matrix effects in celery.Methods QuEChERS method was used to purify and no-purify the celery matrix to compare the effect of purification on reducing the effect of pesticide matrix.In addition,the solvent standard solution and blank matrix standard solution were used for 42 pesticides to spiked recovery tests at three levels of 0.02,0.05,and 0.10 mg/kg,to compare and study the effect of blank matrix solution quantification on reducing matrix effects.Results For methamidophos,acephate,monocrotophos,profenofos,saphophos and fenthion sulfone with strong matrix effects,the matrix effects were reduced by 90.0%to 220%after purification,butthe matrix effect of other pesticides was not significantly improved after purification.Howeve,the recovery rate of the matrix standard solution for 42 pesticides at 3 levels was in the range of 60.3%to 108.7%,while the calibration range of the solvent standard solution was in the range of 55.0%to 609.6%.Theresults indicated that the matrix calibration data was closer to the true value,which could effectively reduce the matrix effect of celery.Conclusion Due to the ubiquity of matrix effects,the samples should be cleaned upand be quantified with a suitable matrix standard solution to ensure the accuracy of the data in the actual detection work.
