Correlation between meteorological factors and respiratory diseases in Ningxia from 2016 to 2019
Objective To understand the effects of meteorological factors on the number of outpatients in respiratory department of Infectious Disease Hospital in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, thus providing theoretical references for the prevention and control.Method Daily outpatient number in Infectious Disease Hospital in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region and meteorological factors data of Yinchuan city in the same period were collected from 2016-2019.The correlation between the number of daily outpatients and meteorological factors was established a Distributed lag Non-linear Model(DLNM).Result A total of 46 630 patients of the respiratory department of the Hospital for Infectious Diseases were counted in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from 2016 to 2019.At the lag of 7,8 and 9 days, the high temperature had an influence effect, and the RR of the highest value at 25 ℃ was 1.063(95%CI:1.002-1.128);at the lag of 14 days, the high pressure had an influence effect, and the RR of the highest value at 902 hpa was 1.114(95%CI:1.004-1.235),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The meteorological factors may affect the number of outpatient in respiratory department of infectious disease hospital, therefore,we should pay close attention to the impact of changes in meteorological conditions on respiratory infectious diseases.
