聚氯乙烯涉水管材中氯乙烯单体的溶解沉淀-顶空气相色谱测定法

目的 建立聚氯乙烯(PVC)涉水管材中氯乙烯单体的溶解沉淀-顶空气相色谱测定法.方法 选择VF-624毛细管柱为分离色谱柱,用3 ml的N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)溶液先溶解PVC管材,再加入1 ml水进行沉聚.在80℃平衡20 min的条件下顶空进样进行气相色谱分析.结果 氯乙烯在0.02~0.25 mg/L的线性范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 5.该方法的检出限为0.016 mg/kg,平均回收率为86.8%~92.2%,RSD为2.2%~4.7%.结论 该方法具有操作简单快速、灵敏度高、准确度和精密度好等优点,可用于PVC涉水管材中氯乙烯单体的检测.
Determination of vinyl chloride monomer in pvc pipes for drinking water supply by dissolution precipitation-headspace-gas chromatography
Objective To establish a method for the determination of vinyl chloride monomer in PVCpipes for drinking water supply by dissolution precipitation-headspace-gas chromatography.Methods VF-624 capillary column was used as the separation column.PVC pipes were dissolved with 3 ml of N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMA)solution,and then added 1 ml water for precipitation.Headspace gas chromatographic analysis was carried out at 80℃ equilibration for 20 min.Results The linearity of vinyl chloride was good in the range of 0.02-0.25 mg/L,with correlation coefficient of 0.999 5.The average recoveries were 86.8%-92.2%,while the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 2.2%-4.7%,and the limit of detection was 0.016 mg/kg.Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,good accuracy and precision,and can be used for the determination of vinyl chloride monomer in PVC pipes for drinking water supply.
