摘要
结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是全球范围内常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其早期诊断和预后评估对提高患者生存率和生活质量至关重要.生物标志物作为一种非侵入性且高敏感性的检测手段,近年来在CRC的研究中受到广泛关注.本研究综述了当前CRC生物标志物的研究进展,探讨其在诊断和预后中的应用,并展望其未来的研究方向.
Abstract
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignancies in the world.The early diagnosis and prognosis assessment are essential to improve the survival rate and quality of patient.In recent years,as a non-invasive and highly sensitive means of detection,biomarkers have received extensive attention in the research of CRC.In this paper,we reviewed the current research progress of CRC biomarkers,discussed their application in diagnosis and prognosis,and looked forward to the future research.
