广州市2018-2022年居民心电图异常情况及其影响因素分析

摘要
目的 分析广州市2018-2022年居民心电图异常的影响因素,为制定预防措施提供基础.方法 抽取广州市居民进行调查,对研究对象心电图情况进行评分,采用x2检验、多因素无序多分类logistic回归对结果进行统计分析.结果 共纳入2 070名研究对象.心电图得分为1～2分的人群的保护因素包括居住于郊区、乘坐公交和地铁;危险因素包括每日工作时长大于4 h(P＜0.05).心电图得分为3～4分的人群的保护因素包括居住于郊区、进行中重度户外运动;相较于经常接触二手烟,偶尔接触二手烟为保护因素;危险因素包括心脏病现病史(P＜0.05).结论 建议采取远离吸烟人群、合理安排工作时间、适当运动、选择公交出行等生活方式,以维护心脏健康.
Abstract
Objective To understand the influencing factors of abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG)results among residents of Guangzhou from 2018 to 2022,and provide a scientific data for developing preventive measures.Methods A survey was conducted among residents in Guangzhou,and the ECGs of participants were scored.The data were statistically analyzed by using the Chi-square test and multivariate unordered multinomial logistic regression.Results A total of 2 070 subjects were included.The results showed that the protective factors for the people with ECG score of 1 to 2 were living in suburban areas,taking bus and subway,and the risk factors included working hours more than 4 hours(P＜0.05).The protective factors for the people with ECG score of 3 to 4 were living in suburban areas and doing moderate to heavy outdoor exercise.Additionally,occasional exposure to secondhand smoke presented as a protective factor compared to regular exposure.The risk factors included the history of heart disease(P＜0.05).Conclusion To promote cardiovascular health,it is advisable to avoid exposure to individuals who smoke,organize work hours in a reasonable manner,engage in appropriate physical exercise and choose public transport.
