住宅新风净化热回收机过滤性能评估与测试研究

目的 探讨与评价住宅建筑中新风净化热回收机在实际运行状态下的性能参数.方法 分别采用实验测试的方法,对住宅建筑中新风净化热回收机在2种运行模式下的3种工作状态的一次过滤效率和净化效果进行测试分析.结果 新风净化热回收机对室内颗粒物的净化效果显著,均可以达到95%左右,满足室内环境对新风洁净度要求,内循环的一次净化效率高于外循环,对于PM10、PM2.5以及PM1.0分别高出0.22%~1.88%、0.36%~3.11%、0.86%~3.18%.内循环档位越高净化效果越好,外循环则出现相反的趋势.整机在工作时的噪音强度满足国家标准限值以下.结论 根据测试结果,结合实际工况,建议在室外浓度相对较大的时候可以采用内循环高档位,室外浓度相对较小的时候可以采用外循环低档位,为住宅新风净化热回收机的高效、经济性使用提供参考价值.
Performances safety evaluation and test of residential fresh air purification heat recovery machine
Objective To obtain the optimal performance parameters of fresh air purification heat recovery machines in residential buildings under real operating conditions.Methods The experimental testing method was used to test and analyze the primary filtration efficiency and purification effect of the fresh air purification heat recovery machine in three working states under two operating modes in residential buildings.Results The purification effect of the fresh air purification heat recovery machine on indoor particulate matter was significant,reaching around 95%,meeting the indoor environment's requirements for fresh air cleanliness.The primary purification efficiency of the internal circulation was higher than that of the external circulation,and it was 0.22%-1.88%,0.36%-3.11%,and 0.86%-3.18%higher for PM10,PM2.5 and PM 10,respectively.The higher the internal circulation gear,the better the purification effect,while the external circulation showed the opposite trend.In addition,the noise intensity of the whole machine during operation meets the national standard limit below.Conclusion Based on the test results and actual working conditions,it is recommended to use an internal circulation high gear when the outdoor concentration is relatively high,and an external circulation low gear when the outdoor concentration is relatively low.This provides reference value for the efficient and economical use of residential fresh air purification heat recovery machines.
