摘要

针对某部海岛观通站淡水资源短缺、饮用水保障难度较大等问题,深入某部海岛观通站,进行调研走访和情况问询,并对观通站饮用水供应的全流程进行实地勘察.调查发现该海岛观通站饮用水供应受枯水期及丰水期的影响较大,并且其水质状况欠佳,水质净化不规范,通过地下水或者雨水收集的淡水资源口感差,官兵满意度较低.结合海岛观通站的气象特征和水资源利用现状,提出改善观通站官兵饮用水保障的意见和建议,并探讨空气制水新技术在观通站饮用水保障中的可行性,以推进部队观通站饮用水水质的改善,保障人员健康及部队战斗力.

Abstract

In light of the scarcity of freshwater resources and challenges in ensuring potable water supply at naval stations,the entire process of drinking water supply at a naval station was comprehensively investigated by field surveys and inquiries.The drinking water supply of the naval station was significantly affected by low and high water periods,and the water quality was poor.The water purification was insufficient.The freshwater collected through groundwater or rainwater had a poor taste,which resulted in a low level of satisfaction among officers and soldiers.In consideration of the meteorological characteristics and water resources utilization status at the island observation station,this study presents recommendations for enhancing the drinking water supply for officers and soldiers stationed there.Furthermore,this study discusses the feasibility of implementing air-to-water production technology to improve the quality of drinking water at the naval island stations,thereby safeguarding personnel health and maintaining combat effectiveness.
