Functional movement screen applied in the risk assessment of military training injuries at high altitude
Objective To explore the application of functional movement screen(FMS)test in the risk assessment of military training injuries at high altitude. Methods FMS test data of plateau officers and soldiers admitted to the Dalian Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center from April 1 to September 30,2021 were retrospectively analyzed.A questionnaire survey was performed to investigate the basic information, physical condition and military training injuries of the officers and soldiers. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn according to the FMS results and military training injuries, the optimal cut-off was found out,and odds ratio(OR)of injury risk was calculated. The value of FMS in the assessment of military training injuries was analyzed. Results The area under ROC curve(AUC)was 0.788(P<0.01).The maximum Jorden index was 0.518,which was the optimal cut-off,and the corresponding FMS score was 13.50.The officers and soldiers were divided into two groups according to optimal cut-off of FMS score. The damage rate of FMS negative group was significantly lower than that in positive group(OR=3.828).Conclusion The total score of FMS is related to military training injuries. The FMS scores can be applied to risk assessment of military training injuries in plateau officers and soldiers.
