摘要
根据现代飞机装配铆钉种类众多的特点,采用可移动选钉系统加固定填充站的模式,设计了一套新型自动送钉系统,并在对送钉过程种可能出现的故障进行分析的基础上提出了故障检测和排除措施。分析表明,该系统能够完成近百种铆钉的自动填充、选择与输送,可以保证自动钻铆过程可靠、高效、持续地进行,具有显著的工程应用和推广价值。
Abstract
According to rivets characteristics of wide variety in modern aircraft assembly, a feeding system was designed based on mode of removable select system with fixed filling station. The measures of fault detecting and clearing was proposed after analyzing possible failures in the feeding process. The analysis shows that this feeding system, which can select and transfer nearly a hundred kinds of rivets automatically and contribute to robotic drilling and riveting more reliably and efficiently, would bring great value in engineering application and promotion.
