摘要

为了消除摩擦阻力并简化系统结构,实现多电航空发动机的稳定悬浮运行,本文研究了一种具有独立的转矩和悬浮力极的双定子无轴承开关磁阻电机.推导了电机悬浮力的数学模型,通过与有限元计算结果的对比证明所建立解析表达式的正确性.搭建了实验平台,实验结果证明了电机在运行过程中转子能够稳定地悬浮在中心位置,并且转矩控制与悬浮力控制可以自然解耦,实现独立可控的磁悬浮运行.

Abstract

In order to eliminate the friction force and simplify the structure,and realize steadily suspend operation of more-electric aircraft engine,a novel double stator pole type bearingless switched reluctance motor which has separated torque and suspending force poles had been this paper proposed in this paper.The mathematical model of the suspension force for the motor had been established,and validation of the expression had been proved by comparing with finite element method.The experiment system had been constructed.The results show that motor rotor can be stably suspended in a central location during operation,and decoupling control between torque and radial force can be realized.
