Research on Precision Turning Technology of Weakened Groove of Large Diameter Aluminum Alloy Thin-wall Part
Aiming at the turning of a large-diameter aluminum alloy thin-wall parts with weakening grooves,according to the structural characteristics and dimensional accuracy requirements of large-diameter wall parts,the research and analysis were carried out in four aspects,namely,the turning clamping scheme,the turning scheme,the turning numerical control technology and the turning process parameters.The appropriate turning technology and process optimization scheme were obtained.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the turning process of large diameter aluminum alloy thin-walled parts and have important practical application value.
