摘要
为了满足抗冲击轴承试验的需求,设计了基于NI硬件采集系统和LABVIEW软件开发平台的远程监测系统,实现对试验器多点温度、压力、振动、转速等指标输出模拟量的A/D转换、采集、传输、显示、通信与存储等功能.经过试验验证,该冲击轴承试验器监测系统运行可靠,符合设计指标要求,能够为新型抗冲击轴承设计与优化评估提供数据支撑.
Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of aero-engine impact bearing testing,a remote monitoring system based on NI hardware acquisition system and LABVIEW software development platform has been designed to achieve A/D conversion of analog output of the machine's multi-point temperature,pressure,vibration,speed and other indicators functions such as collection,transmission,display,communication,and storage.After experimental verification,the monitoring system of the aero-engine impact bearing test machine runs reliably and meets the design index requirements.It can provide data support for the design and optimization evaluation of the impact resistant bearings.
