摘要
为了便于航空发动机和燃气轮机叶片数字化建模,设计建立基于UG二次开发技术的燃气轮机叶片参数化建模系统,将具体介绍叶片典型榫头与叶根的参数化建模;对比分析了叶片型线拟合方法,完成基于点云数据的叶片型线拟合;最后对叶片模型进行偏差分析,并提出型线拟合优化方法.
Abstract
In order to facilitate the digital modeling of the gas turbine blade,The quadratic modeling base on software UG was designed and established.The comparative analysis of blade profile fitting methods was conducted.The line fitting methods of blade and complete the line fitting of the blade based on point cloud data were analyzed.By variance analysis for the blade model,a optimization method of blade's profile curve fitting was proposed.
