摘要

本文采用TIG焊接和电子束焊接方法,对18Ni高强钢的圆筒对接环缝进行焊接.对比研究了 18Ni钢环焊缝,不同焊接方法焊接后的收缩变形量和接头力学性能.并通过金相观察,研究了 TIG和电子束焊接接头的微观组织.拉伸试验后发现,电子束焊接接头的抗拉强度明显高于TIG焊接接头的抗拉强度.

Abstract

TIG(inert gas tungsten)welding and electron beam welding were used to weld the circular joint of 18Ni high-strength steel cylinder.The shrinkage deformation and mechanical property of 18Ni steel circular joints by different welding methods were studied.The microstructure of TIG and electron beam welded joint was studied by metallographic observation.The tensile tests showed that the tensile strength of electron beam welded joint was higher than that of TIG welded joint.
