基于需求的机轮温度-高度试验方法研究

根据DO-160G中温度-高度试验要求和CTSO-C135a中极限温度试验要求,制定符合机轮刹车工作特性的试验要求,提出基于需求的民用飞机机轮刹车温度-高度试验方法的符合性研究方法和一种新型试验工装,利用ANSYS软件对最严酷工况下工装进行仿真分析.结果表明:工装变形量微小,结构不会发生破坏,强度、刚度满足要求.
Research on Requirement Based Test Methods of Wheel Temperature-altitude
According to the temperature-height test requirements in DO-160G and the limit temperature test requirements in CTSO-C135a,the compliance research method and a test tool for temperature-height test method of wheel and brake of civil aircraft were proposed based on the requirements.The software ANSYS was used to simulate the tool under the harshest working conditions.The results showed that the deformation was small,the structure would not be damaged,and the strength and stiffness could meet the requirements.
