摘要
通过对工艺数据规划,开展知识的应用模式研究,明确数据流动关系,开发具有统一架构、模块化及较强可扩展性的企业工艺知识库系统平台,强化制造模型、基础工艺数据、工艺参数的可靠性,作为企业先进制造的"大脑",为智能化工艺设计奠定坚实基础.
Abstract
By planning process data,the application mode of knowledgewas researched.The data flow relationships was clarified.An enterprise process knowledge base system platform with a unified architecture,modularity,and strong scalability was developed.The reliability of manufacturing models,basic process data and process parameters were strengthened.As the"brain"of advanced manufacturing in enterprises,It has laid a solid foundation for intelligent process design.
