Research on Assembly of interference fit rabbet of Aero-engine High-pressure Turbine rotor
To address the current situation of the lack of standardized operating methods for the assembly process of high-pressure turbine rotor interference-fit rabbets in aero-engine,the assembly process was simulated by using ANSYS analysis software.By calculating the temperature,deformation and frictional force of mating rabbets during the assembly process of high-pressure turbine rotor interference-fit rabbets,the assembly parameters such as cooling time,clamping force,and holding time for the components in the assembly process were determined,thus standardizing the assembly process of high-pressure turbine rotor interference-fit rabbets.
