超高强度钢MJ外螺纹滚压强化及检测研究

以超高强度钢TM210A钢材料的MJ外螺纹加工为例,通过设计工装、优化流程、滚压强化,在保证螺纹小径不变的情况下,改善螺纹牙底表面微结构,并以非接触式手段检测牙底表面粗糙度.经过分析可知:滚压强化可以有效减小螺纹牙底应力集中,从而提升零件整体性能.
Research on Rolling Strengthening and Testing of MJ External Thread of Ultrahigh Strength Steel
Taking the MJ external thread machining of ultra-high strength steel TM210A material as an example,by designing fixtures,optimizing processes,and rolling reinforcement,the microstructure of the thread bottom surface is improved while ensuring the small diameter of the thread remains unchanged,and the surface roughness of the thread bottom is detected by non-contact means.After analysis,it can be concluded that rolling reinforcement can effectively reduce the stress concentration at the bottom of the thread,thereby improving the overall performance of the parts.
