介绍了树脂基复合材料热压罐成型过程及服役过程中的各类缺陷,分析了缺陷产生的原因.针对各类缺陷,阐述了当前复合材料常用的无损检测技术以无损检测技术发展趋势.最后,针对复合材料的损伤修复,本文进一步论述了几种常见的损伤修复技术及当前新兴的外场原位修复技术.
Research on Non-destructive Testing and Damage Repair Technology for Resin Based Composite Materials
The various defects in the forming process of autoclave molding and the material service process were introduced.The reasons for the defects were analyzed.In response to various defects.The commonly used non-destructive testing techniques for composite materials and the developing non-destructive testing techniques in recent years were presented.Regarding the damage repair of composite materials,the several common damage repair technologies and the emerging field in situ repair technologies were discussed.
