摘要

介绍了适合航空异形结构件加工的五轴设备种类,详细分析了几种适合五轴加工的通用高效夹具,以及根据不同零件结构选用装夹方案的原则,对航空异形结构件的工艺安排和夹具选用具有借鉴意义.

Abstract

The types of five-axis equipment suitable for processing special-shaped structure parts of aviation are introduced,and several common and efficient fixtures suitable for five-axis machining are analyzed,and the principles of selecting clamping schemes according to different part structures are discussed.It has reference significance to the process arrangement and fixture selection of special-shaped structure part of aviation.
