激光清洗TC4钛合金表面吸波涂层工艺优化研究

采用纳秒脉冲激光器对TC4钛合金表面的NDW-63吸波涂层开展激光清洗试验,研究了激光功率和扫描速度对清洗后样品表面形貌、粗糙度、成分、物相以及显微硬度的影响.研究结果表明,通过工艺参数的合理优化可以有效去除钛合金表面吸波涂层,获得较好的表面形貌,同时能提高基板的表面硬度.
Study on Optimization of Laser Cleaning Process for TC4 Titanium Alloy Surface Absorbing Coating
The NDW-63 absorbing coating on TC4 titanium alloy was cleaned by nanosecond pulse laser.The effects of laser power and scanning speed on the surface morphology,roughness,composition,physical phase and microhardness of the cleaned sample were studied.The research results show that the reasonable optimization of the process parameters can remove the absorbing coating on the surface of titanium alloy and obtain a better surface morphology.It can also improve the surface hardness of the substrate.
