Research on High Frequency Induction Welding Sealing Technology for Electrical Connectors of Actuator
Air leakage at the welding point of the electrical connector of the actuator caused the overall unit current to exceed tolerance.Based on the principle of high-frequency induction welding,a welding protection tooling that can withstand high temperatures and has a shielded induction magnetic field has been designed, solving the problem of micro cracks in glass packaging of the pins caused by welding electro-thermal effect. The optimized and validated key parameters such as welding frequency and welding time, controlled the depth of the heating layer, which solved the problem of thermal stress cracks at the connection between the inner cylindrical surface of the electrical connector housing and the packaging glass. The welding leakage rate of the electrical connector can reach 4.68×10-11 Pa·m3/sec through testing, which improves the welding sealing performance, providing technical support for the sealing requirements of the products.
