Research on Analytical Method of Numerical Simulation for Phase Change Heat Transfer of Liquid Cooled Plate Based on FloEFD
Aiming at the problems of slow speed,difficult convergence and low accuracy in numerical simulation analysis of phase change heat transfer of liquid cooled plate in liquid cooling system,a method combining theoretical calculation of phase change heat transfer coefficient and FloEFD single-phase convection simulation analysis is proposed.The phase transformation heat coefficient is calculated by the experimental correlation,and the equivalent specific heat is calculated according to the temperature rise of working fluid.The equivalent fluid and heat transfer coefficient are introduced into the FloEFD software for simulation calculation.The simulation results show that the method is feasible and has high efficiency and accuracy.The average deviation of the surface temperature of the cold plate is less than 10%.
