本文对弹射筒大修时30CrMnSiANi2A中筒磁粉探伤检出微裂纹失效现象进行了简要介绍;对裂纹断口宏观形貌、微观形貌和金相组织等进行了理化检测和分析;对可能造成中筒原材料、冷热加工、磨削参数、加工应力、装机适应性等主要因素进行了系统排查和分析;最终,找准了中筒产生微裂纹的机理,并制订了切实可行的预防与杜绝措施,对航空产品工艺细化设计应用起到积极的警示、指导和借鉴意义.
Analysis and Research on Grinding Crack Failure of 30CRMNSIANI2A Cylinder
The failure phenomenon of microcracks detected during the magnetic particle inspection of the 30CrMnSiANi2A middle cylinder during the overhaul of the ejection cylinder was introduced.The physical and chemical testing and analysis were conducted on the macroscopic morphology,microscopic morphology,and metallographic structure of the crack fracture surface.A systematic investigation and analysis was conducted on the main factors that may cause the raw materials,cold and hot processing,grinding parameters,processing stress,and installation adaptability of the middle cylinder.The mechanism of micro cracks in the middle tube was identified.The practical and feasible prevention and elimination measures were formulated.It played a positive warning,guidance,and reference significance for the refined design and application of aviation product processes.
