楔形螺纹安装磨损及解决措施

楔形螺纹连接结构固有的螺栓齿顶与楔形螺纹斜面线接触模式,存在线面接触、螺纹磨损大的缺陷,对楔形螺纹的反复使用产生不利影响.本文通过开展润滑螺栓表面(螺纹涂润滑脂或表面整体涂MoS2)、减小安装力矩、降低螺套强度等方式改变其安装状态并进行不同安装状态下的扭拉性能等试验,对其扭拉系数、预紧力和螺纹磨损等进行试验研究.试验结果可有效解决楔形螺纹安装磨损严重的问题,提升楔形螺纹连接结构的可靠性和连接质量.
Wedge Thread Installation Wear and Solution Measure
The contact mode between the bolt tooth tip and wedge thread bevel line of wedge thread connection structure has the defects of line contact and thread wear,which has an adverse effect on the repeated use of wedge thread.By lubricating the surface of the bolt(the thread is coated with grease or the surface is coated with MoS2 as a whole),reducing the installation torque,reducing the strength of the screw sleeve and other ways to change its installation state and carry out the torsional and tensile performance tests under different installation status,the torsional and tensile coefficient,preload and thread wear were studied experimentally.The test result can solve the problem of serious installation wear of wedge thread and improve the reliability and connection quality of wedge thread connection structure.
