本文针对该类零件深孔车削过程中切削排屑难,深孔焊缝背面余高修磨难度大等关键技术问题,采用了合理的工艺路线、装夹方式,优化切削参数,设计了有效的焊缝打磨工装,实现某薄壁圆筒产品的批量化生产制造.本文对该类零件加工过程进行了工艺技术研究,取得了良好效果,保证了产品质量,具有实际生产意义,同时为该类零件的后续生产提供了借鉴.
Research on Processing Technology of Thin-walled Cylindrical Shell
In view of the key technical problems such as the difficulty of cutting chip removal and the difficulty of regrinding the residual height of the backside of the deep-hole weld in the process of deep hole turning of this kind of parts,a reasonable process route and clamping method are adopted to optimize the cutting parameters,and an effective weld grinding tooling is designed to realize the mass production and manufacturing of a thin-walled cylinder product.The process technology research of this kind of parts is carried out,and good results are obtained,which ensures the product quality and has practical production significance,and provides a reference for the subsequent production of this kind of parts.
