Design and Analysis of Ultra Precision Machining Fixture for Large Aperture Off Axis Parabolic Part
Aiming at the technical problem of ultra-precision machining of the large off-axis parabolic surfaces, the design analysis of the parabolic surfaces machining tooling based on error analysis and finite element method simulation is performed, and the influencing factors affecting the figure accuracy of the parabolic surfaces is studied.Through the finite element analysis, the influence upon the figure accuracy from the work-piece gravity, the clamping and the centrifugal force is analyzed, and on this basis, the general clamping and positioning scheme of the face plates is determined.By the reference transfer method, the positioning of the 16 different off-axis parabolic panels is unified, and the efficient processing of the face plates is achieved.
