新型三坐标测量机用空气轴承的结构优化设计

针对现有某型号三坐标测量机的型号扩展需要,本文结合已有的设计经验和新机型的性能需求,对新型号测量机用空气轴承开展了材料、机械结构、性能参数和安装方式的改进及优化设计研究,改善了原有铝制长方体空气轴承的承载能力和结构刚度不足的缺点,以满足中大量程测量机的设计和研制需求.最后,对新型空气轴承进行了有限元刚度分析和气膜厚度测试实验,从而对所提出的空气轴承结构优化设计方案进行了验证.
Structure Optimization of Air Bearing for a Coordinate Measuring Machine
Aiming at the model extension requirement of the coordinate measuring machine(CMM)of small range,improvement and optimization of material,installation,mechanical structure and performance parameters etc of the air bearings in the model were studied,in which the existing design experience and new performance requirements were combined.To meet the design and development demands of the CMM of medium or large range,the disadvantages of insufficient bearing capacity and structural stiffness of the existing rectangular air bearing made of aluminum were improved in the optimization procedure.The finite element stiffness analysis and film thickness test of the air bearing was executed,in which the structure optimization of static pressure plane air bearing proposed was verified.
