Research on Influence of Non-axisymmetric Endwall Contouring in Compressor Cascade
The parameterization of non-axisymmetric endwall surface is investigated and the global optimization platform which is composed of the genetic algorithm and neural network response model is developed.Adopting this platform,the endwall of compressor cascade is optimized.The numerical results indicate that the non-axisymmetric endwall can improve the aerodynamic performance of cascade by suppressing corner flow separation.The impact of optimization non-axisymmetric endwall on internal flow is mainly concentrated under 30%of cascade span near design point.Compared with the traditional cascade,the non-axisymmetric endwall structure would reduce the cascade total pressure loss by 23%to 27%and increase static pressure by 16.5%to 18.4%during the different attack angels.
