径向载荷作用下导管的挤压量研究

摘要
本文利用ABAQUS软件建立了挤压连接模型,分析了在挤压量不同时导管与接头接触面压力的变化情况,并基于导管径向变形量的大小实现对压接工具的优化改进.试验结果表明,改进后的压接工具能够使得连接件保持良好的连接密封性能,为径向挤压接头实现最优连接提供指导,有效降低生产研发成本.
Abstract
The extrusion connection model is established by using ABAQUS software,and the change of the interface pressure between the pipe and the joint is analyzed.Based on the radial deformation of the conduit,the optimization of the crimping tool is realized.The test results show that the improved crimping tool can keep the connector with good sealing performance.The guidance was provided for the radial extrusion joint to achieve the optimal connection,and reduce the cost of production and research.
