摘要
针对飞机气候实验室太阳辐射试验需求,提出基于CATIA Automation二次开发技术进行太阳辐照加热器参数化建模与虚拟装配设计.通过分析太阳辐射加热器物理模型,提取设计变量,定制软件界面,实现建模及虚拟装配设计软件开发.太阳辐照加热器参数化建模及虚拟装配设计软件将为数字化全机气候试验提供技术支持.
Abstract
Aiming at the demands of solar radiation test,parametric design and virtual assembly of solar radiation heater was proposed based on CATIA Automation technique.By analyzing solar radiation heater model,drawing the designed variable,and determining program interface,the parametric design program was developed.The program would be the technique basis for digital aircraft climatic environment test.
